Appointment Management

The module AM (Appointment Management) is used for the supervision of all key dates and deadlines of a mining company. AM is designed for a combined and integrated use within e.g. AutoPLAN modules AIS, AP and OD.

Appointments can be defined for all listed items such as property valuation data, contracts, guarantees, approvals, repair and maintenance intervals etc. within the specific module. Additionally appointments can be defined independently from AutoPLAN modules.

The user can define periods for advanced notification or repetition of an appointment. With these reminders no deadlines will get lost in the future. AM can be linked with e-Mail servers. Therefore all responsible persons receive a mail with a predefined content. These notifications can be transferred e.g. into the Outlook calendar. Recipients (users, user groups) and reminder schedule/periods can be configured individually and tailored to the company needs.
